Concept Design and Feasibility

  • Understanding client requirements and feasibility expectations
  • Confirm statutory requirements
  • Prepare concept plans, diagrams and analyses
  • Assist the client in coordination of any required specialist consultants

Interior Design

  • Understanding of project brief and requirements
  • Preparation of initial concept presentation including 3D visualisation
  • Prepare interior drawings, specification and schedule of materials, fittings and fixtures
  • Assist in the pricing of materials, fittings and fixtures from suppliers
  • Furniture placement, selection and procurement

Town Planning and Endorsement

  • Prepare application, including plans, massing diagrams, reports and other information as required
  • Prepare a full set of drawings for submission to Council to apply for a planning permit
  • Coordination of required specialist design consultants
  • RFI responses
  • Amending plans to satisfy planning permit requirements and obtain endorsement
  • Preparation of external 3D imagery for visualisation purposes

Construction Documentation and Administration
