Concept Design and Feasibility
- Understanding client requirements and feasibility expectations
- Confirm statutory requirements
- Prepare concept plans, diagrams and analyses
- Assist the client in coordination of any required specialist consultants
Interior Design
- Understanding of project brief and requirements
- Preparation of initial concept presentation including 3D visualisation
- Prepare interior drawings, specification and schedule of materials, fittings and fixtures
- Assist in the pricing of materials, fittings and fixtures from suppliers
- Furniture placement, selection and procurement
Town Planning and Endorsement
- Prepare application, including plans, massing diagrams, reports and other information as required
- Prepare a full set of drawings for submission to Council to apply for a planning permit
- Coordination of required specialist design consultants
- RFI responses
- Amending plans to satisfy planning permit requirements and obtain endorsement
- Preparation of external 3D imagery for visualisation purposes
Construction Documentation and Administration
- Coordinate and integrate the work of authorities, specialist consultants and suppliers

- Work with head contractor to find efficiency in design and satisfy building permit requirements
- Site visits to ensure design intent and quality in construction is achieved

- Manage the creation, lodgement and certification of the Plan of Subdivision
